Coming Soon: Lexington Lofts

In the city of Lexington, on the corner of Griggs Ave and Restwood Rd will soon sit two "L" shapped buildings.

One will be four stories tall. The other, five stories! It will be the tallest building in the city. Together, there will be +300 units for potential residents to call home.

Lexington Lofts will be unlike any other apartment community in the city. It will serve some of the best technology to the people who call it, home.

Prospective residents will be able to tour the apartment at their convenience through a cell phone app. Once they download the app, their phone will turn into a guide. It will guide them throughout the property and unlock the appropriate doors as they tour.

Once residents move in, they'll be able to take full advantage of our smart apartment technology.

Residents will be able to control their lights, thermostat, doors, and more remotely. This technology has allowed our residents to focus on the things that matter the most to them. They can know exactly what’s going on in their apartment, even when they aren’t necessarily there. If someone enters their unit, they will receive a notification on their phone alerting them. If they forgot to turn something off, they can check on their phone.

With this software in place, our staff and our residents are more consciously aware of the amount of time and energy they are using. Whether it's electricity, water, gas, etc. our residents are in more control over what's happening to their unit. This saves them time while also saving them money on their utility bill.

Through a custom app, residents will be able to monitor their energy usage. No more leaving the light on all day if someone forgot to turn it off.
