Due to the COVID-19, we have all made significant changes to our daily routines. As remote work and social distancing have become the new “norm,” let us not forget the purpose for it.
At Norhart, the health and safety of residents, staff and community is our top priority as we continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and make decisions. We’ve implemented a number of precautionary measures to help prevent the virus from spreading.
To help protect the health of our staff, residents, and future residents, our apartment tours will be virtual.
On our website you’re able to browse each of our communities and their floor plans through 3D tours, video walkthroughs, and 4K pictures.
All you have to do is click on a floor plan.
Once there, you'll be able to get a good sense of our communities and their floor plans, while staying safe.
If you want to interact inside a floor plan, you love this!
Our 3D tours allow you to walk at your own pace through each room of the unit. You can look up, look down, and rotate 360 degrees.

If you want to float through an apartment, watch this!
Our video walkthroughs allow you to relax and be shown a unit through the eyes of someone else.

Should you have any questions, please don’t hesitate. That is what we’re here for. We want to help you find the perfect apartment to call home.
We are still open! But we encourage you to contact us by phone, email, or through our website! We will be limiting our in-person office meetings. Instead, please feel free to:
We’re ready to help!
Just as you’re isolating, so are our amenity spaces.
Amenities such as fitness centers, hot tub, tanning booth, game rooms, community rooms, movie rooms, and any other common areas are temporarily closed to reduce the risk and exposure and promote social distancing.
While it’s nice to have workout equipment and a specific place to go and work out, most exercises can be done at home. The same can be said about our other amenity spaces. It just might take a little creativity.
Although we love to build community within our apartments, we want to make sure we’re all practicing social distancing. Rather than connecting in-person, let’s connect online!
Our company, Norhart, has an account on several social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn). Furthermore, each of our apartments have a Facebook page of their own. We encourage you to connect – to connect with your neighbors, to connect with us, and to connect with future residents.
In order to reduce the risk of the virus, we are delaying some maintenance requests. We will continue to address the critical maintenance requests including the following:
• Fire or Electrical Issues
• Clogged Toilet or Drain
• Broken Appliance
• No Heat/Air Conditioning
• Broken Washer/Dryer
Our staff will be taking extra steps to ensure your safety as well as their own by asking if you or anyone in your household is experiencing symptoms or if you have been exposed to COVID-19 prior to entering your unit. They will likely be wearing gloves and masks for everyone’s protection. Please make sure to observe social distancing any time staff is in your unit.
As always, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We are ready to answer your questions and concerns. As the situation changes, we will continue to monitor and update you. When this is all over, we can’t wait to meet again for a brighter future.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this time.
