In Forest Lake, on the corner of 4th St SW and 11th Ave SW will soon sit a four story, 91 unit apartment community.
Our Encore Apartments will be made available Summer of 2020!
This community will include:
- Underground Heated Garage
- Internet Cafe
- Fitness Center
- Sky Lounge
- Community Room
- Outdoor Firepit
And, a dog run!
We should probably include that these apartments will be animal friendly.
It's also important to note that these Apartments will be next to the Hardwood Creek Regional Trail. A 9.5-mile multiple-use trail that runs along side Highway 61. This paved trail connects Frenchman Road in Hugo all the way to the Washington/Chisago County Line in Forest Lake.
Aside from the unique property amenities, the units themselves will feature:
- Granite Countertops
- Stainless Steel Appliances
- Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring
- Open Concept Design
- Shaker Style Cabinets
- Solid Core Doors
Encore Apartments will be unlike any other apartment community in Forest Lake, maybe even in the state of Minnesota.
Our Encore Apartments will serve some of the best technology to the people who call Encore, home.
Prospective residents will be able to tour the apartment at their convenience through a cell phone app. Once they download the app, their phone will turn into a guide. It will guide them throughout the property and unlock the appropriate doors as they tour.
Once residents move in, they'll be able to take full advantage of our smart apartment technology.
Residents will be able to control their lights, thermostat, doors, and more remotely. This technology has allowed our residents to focus on the things that matter the most to them. They can know exactly what’s going on in their apartment, even when they aren’t necessarily there. If someone enters their unit, they will receive a notification on their phone alerting them. If they forgot to turn something off, they can check on their phone.
With this software in place, our staff and our residents are more consciously aware of the amount of time and energy they are using. Whether it's electricity, water, gas, etc. our residents are in more control over what's happening to their unit. This saves them time while also saving them money on their utility bill.
Benefiting not only the resident, but also the environment.
Through a custom app, residents will be able to monitor their energy usage. No more leaving the light on all day if someone forgot to turn it off.
We see the value that our technology can serve, and we would like for everyone to be able to experience it.
Not only will Encore be home to hundreds of people, but Encore will be home to the staff of Norhart. Our new corporate office, where staff will execute ideas for creating a better way for people to live, will happen on the fourth story of the building.
We wanted to build in Forest Lake, the town that gave us our start, because we love the people and staff of Forest Lake, you will too.
Come and give us a visit (summer 2020)!
