More than likely, you have experienced one or more of the following from management in the workplace:
“Why don’t you ever…?”
“What is wrong with you?”
“This is not my problem, you deal with it.”
“You wouldn’t understand.”
“You should have done it like this.”
“Just figure it out.”
“That’s a dumb idea”
“____ is better at this than you.”
These phrases are a good indicator that someone believes that they are more superior than others.
Rather than belittling each other. We should be lifting one another up.
We are coworkers after all. Which in definition means we should be working together towards the same goal.
